What you will do:

Analyze competitors customers and market trends.
Support marketing strategy planning and budgeting.
Assist with segmentation targeting and positioning.
Champion brand stewardship and evidence-based value propositions.
Enable sales with training tools and product expertise.
Contribute to pricing communications and channel strategies.
Track KPIs customer satisfaction and business analytics.
Lead presentations events and customer engagements.

What you need

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

Bachelors degree in marketing or Scientific related field

Min 1 year of Marketing experience in the Medical Devices industry
Fluent level of English and Italian
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word & PowerPoint)
Knowledge of the hospital environment and stakeholders
Experience with Medical Events

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
