What you will do:
- Analyze competitors customers and market trends.
- Support marketing strategy planning and budgeting.
- Assist with segmentation targeting and positioning.
- Champion brand stewardship and evidence-based value propositions.
- Enable sales with training tools and product expertise.
- Contribute to pricing communications and channel strategies.
- Track KPIs customer satisfaction and business analytics.
- Lead presentations events and customer engagements.
What you need
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelors degree in marketing or Scientific related field
- Min 1 year of Marketing experience in the Medical Devices industry
- Fluent level of English and Italian
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the hospital environment and stakeholders
- Experience with Medical Events
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
