Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join DPI India Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is based in Vadasithur- (Coimbatore District) Taramangalam (Salem District). The Supervisor will oversee daily activities Supplier Identification Manage labours Material Movement within the Land.

Qualifications and Skills.

Good at solving problems to quickly fix and manage work-related challenges.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Skilled at resolving conflicts to handle disagreements and keep a positive and peaceful workplace.
Skilled in Inward & Outward processes (Mandatory skill) for managing material movements.
Proficient in Manpower Management (Mandatory skill) to allocate and supervise workforce effectively.
Skilled in managing stock to keep inventory accurate and available.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily work on the land to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Guide and support workers while supervising their tasks.
Handle incoming and outgoing materials to make the process efficient.
Organize and assign tasks to workers to meet production goals.
Keep accurate stock records and ensure enough inventory is available.
Spot problems and quickly find effective solutions.
Create and share regular reports on collections and stock.
Build a positive and productive workplace through good leadership.
