Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join DPI India Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is based in Vadasithur- (Coimbatore District) Taramangalam (Salem District). The Supervisor will oversee daily activities Supplier Identification Manage labours Material Movement within the Land.
Qualifications and Skills.
- Good at solving problems to quickly fix and manage work-related challenges.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Skilled at resolving conflicts to handle disagreements and keep a positive and peaceful workplace.
- Skilled in Inward & Outward processes (Mandatory skill) for managing material movements.
- Proficient in Manpower Management (Mandatory skill) to allocate and supervise workforce effectively.
- Skilled in managing stock to keep inventory accurate and available.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily work on the land to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Guide and support workers while supervising their tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing materials to make the process efficient.
- Organize and assign tasks to workers to meet production goals.
- Keep accurate stock records and ensure enough inventory is available.
- Spot problems and quickly find effective solutions.
- Create and share regular reports on collections and stock.
- Build a positive and productive workplace through good leadership.
