Job Summary

The Wells Fargo Neurodiversity & Disability Inclusion Program aims to establish a strategic advantage by tapping into new sources of highly skilled talent and providing meaningful employment opportunities for the deeply underserved neurodivergent community through more accommodating and accessible hiring practices. The hiring activities are comprised of two days of interactive workshops a skills assessment and a hiring manager one on one discussion.

  • Ensure positive new hire experience through dedicated hands on and facilitated onboarding

  • Provide new hires with a workplace buddy to aid in the transition to Wells Fargo workplace and culture

As a CSBB Intern youll be matched with a specific team where your experience will anchor in one of the following areas:

Throughout the program youll receive one-on-one mentorship hands-on project support and valuable opportunities to build your skills and successful completion of the internship candidates may be considered for full-time opportunities with Wells Fargo following graduation


Business Overview:

TheConsumer Small & Business Banking (CSBB)team is where innovation meets everyday impact serving consumer small and business banking customers through digital channels retail branches ATMs and customer service centers. As part of this team youll contribute to delivering key product capabilities and strategic insights for one of the top banks in the world. You will also help develop innovative solutions to complex problems and drive value for our consumer and business banking customers.

In this internship you will:

  • Receive on-the-job training and development to broaden your professional and technical skills within CSBB
  • Analyze data and present findings & recommendations to leaders
  • Partner with experienced professionals dedicated to serving customers
  • Work on customer centric projects to enhance current processes and identify best practices across multiple lines of business
  • Gain exposure to strategy planning and project management with cross functional teams
  • Expand your professional network through mentorship sponsorship and engagement with senior leadership


Required Qualifications US:

  • 6 months of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in: Business Data Science Economics Finance Marketing Entrepreneurship Accounting (All majors welcome to apply) with an expected graduation date betweenDecember 2026 June 2027
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Innovative problem-solving with data-driven analysis through projects coursework and/or extracurricular enrichment activities
  • Proficient in any of these tools: AI Tools Power Bi Tableau Alteryx Python SQL and/or other analytics tools

Program Duration:

  • Summer 2026-10 weeks 40 hours per week
