Care Coordinator - Large Senior Living Community

Job Description
Our Resident Care Coordinator works closely under the Health and Wellness Director to plan resident care. You will oversee care operations at the community and monitor resident wellness routines. Some of your duties will include oversee health care/medication administration and staff management as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Hire train lead and mentorCaregivers and Med Techs
- Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
- Create schedules and approve time cards
Qualifications
- Previous experience of at least 2 years as a Certified Caregiver in Assisted Living
- Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years
- Scheduling experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
