Were looking for a skilled Truck Driver to join our Transport team in this role youll be responsible for carting and spreading metal chip spreading and hauling a variety of machinery to and from different work locations. Youll also ensure all plant equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition. Additional duties include loading and unloading machinery transport trailers and materials at various sites.
In addition to the above you will:
Operate trucks and machinery professionally and safely remaining aware of your surroundings and prioritising the safety and wellbeing of others
Participate in pre-start meetings understand all hazards and control measures and voice any uncertainties
Ensure all trucks and equipment are properly maintained and meet transport regulations such as COF and Rego
Monitor vehicle maintenance and maintain accurate timely and well-organised records as required

Were looking for someone with:
Current Class 4 or 5 licence
WTR endorsements with experience operating a machinery
Minimum of 2 years practical heavy vehicle driving experience
Experience in transporting chip sealing and metal spreading will be an advantage
Flexibility to perform various daily tasks and grow with the team
Civil construction knowledge will be beneficial
Good understanding of site safety and hazard management
Excellent communication with co-workers and management
Creating Connecting and caring for the community
