Job Summary
Overview
Green Bay Dressed Beef Processing LLC an American Foods Group company has an opportunity for a Billing Clerk at our East River plant in Green Bay WI.
As our Billing Clerkyou will:
- Allocate product from inventory system generating bills of lading.
- Gather create and review all documents for each load of product from multiple warehouses.
- Communicate with shipping areas.
- Run daily invoicing.
- File all invoices and credit memos daily.
- Answer inquiries.
- Work with USDA inspectors to obtain necessary export documentation.
- Fax and file export invoices.
- Produce and create production reports daily.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English (speak read and write).
- 2 years clerical experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Be customer service minded.
- Hours vary based on production needs and extended hours may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree.
- Experience in billing or related work.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
