Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Managing Consultant to lead and deliver SAP Material Management workstreams within a life sciences digital transformation program. This role combines hands-on SAP expertise with team leadership and client engagement ensuring end-to-end solution delivery aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the SAP MM functional stream across the project lifecyclefrom blueprinting to deployment.
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants ensuring delivery quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain procurement and quality teams to design solutions aligned with business processes in the life sciences industry.
- Define and document functional specifications configuration and integration points with other SAP modules (e.g. SD WM FI).
- Drive workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Ensure compliance with GxP SOX and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Support cutover planning data validation and hypercare activities during go-live.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and third-party vendors.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of SAP MM experience including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Proven experience in a team leadership or managing consultant role.
- Strong configuration skills in SAP MM including purchasing inventory management invoice verification and material valuation.
- Familiarity with integration touchpoints with SAP SD PP WM and FI.
- Experience working in regulated industries preferably life sciences.
- Strong stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced cross-functional environments
