How Youll Make an Impact
- Lead the charge in redesigning HR processes to be smarter faster and more intuitive
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement automation and digital solutions that elevate the employee experience
- Create clear scalable documentation for workflows and systems that support a modern HR ecosystem
- Use data to monitor performance and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement
- Champion change management and training efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
- Ensure all solutions align with internal policies and external regulations
What Youll Bring
- 5 years experience and a bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma Lean or Kaizen
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for process mapping and redesign
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and automation tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Bonus points for Lean Six Sigma certification or similar training
