2026 Internship Opportunity: Human Resources Support at T5 Data Centers
Location: Remote

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to support our Human Resources Team in planning leading directing and developing company policies practices and processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR strategy employee relations compliance and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies systems and procedures across the organization.
Support the administration of HR programs including compensation benefits leave and performance management.
Gain a strong understanding of benefit plans and leave compliance including health and wellness pensions disability and workers compensation.
Assist in handling administrative processing of employee changes in the HRIS.
Support the crafting and management of internal and external communications to meet HR objectives.
Provide general support to the Human Ressources Team as needed.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Strong interest in HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
