Over-Night Team Member, Chick-fil-A Bartlett

Chick-fil-A The Shoppes at Bartlett is seeking dedicated 3rd Shift kitchen professionals! This is an opportunity to serve with excellence while supporting one of the most recognized and respected brands. Our overnight team plays a critical role in food safety cleanliness and readiness for the following day by completing essential tasks outside of peak business hours. A typical shift will be between the hours of 12 AM 5 AM 6 days per week.

• Be on time for every shiftpunctuality and reliability is required.
• Work nights and weekends as scheduledthis role is strictly overnight kitchen preparation work with minimal supervision

• Ensure the restaurant is safe and secured during your shift.
• Follow all Chick-fil-A brand standards and Team Member Handbook policies.
• Arrive in full uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Do your work diligently. There is no down-time during this role. It is a task based role with set tasks to perform. When the tasks are all done to the trained standard the Team Member may clock out secure the restaurant and leave.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete overnight tasks on a time based standard to ensure you are completing all required tasks in a timely manner and not wasting time or resources
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces thoroughly according to Chick-fil-A procedures
• Prepare food items and restock supplies in compliance with Chick-fil-A standards.
• Organize storage areas and rotate stock properly (FIFO).
• Unload and store deliveries as needed.
• Maintain equipment including fryers grills and temperature gauges.
• Work with urgency to complete tasks efficiently before opening hours.
• Complete end of shift reports on the work performed and receive feedback on your work.
• Support leadership and teammates with additional duties as assigned.
