Accounting Clerk
Full-Time Reports to VP
We are seeking a dependable and responsible Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented personable and able to handle a fast-paced environment with accuracy and professionalism. This role reports directly to the VP and is critical in keeping our accounting operations running smoothly.
- Prior experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive computer data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with accounts payable receivables and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized financial records and reporting.
- Support daily weekly and monthly accounting functions.
- Learn and master new software quickly to support team operations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency on Mac computers is required.
- Strong ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
- Prior experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
- Knowledge of Escapia PMS EZCare or similar programs is a plus.
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience strongly preferred.
- Dependable professional and personable with strong attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay starting at $19/hour and up based on experience.
