Education & Experience- High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
- 23 years of customer service experience preferably in manufacturing or corrugated packaging.
- Experience managing more complex customer accounts preferred.
Required Skills / Abilities- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical & Travel Requirements- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
- Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
- No travel required.
