Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse Practitioner (RNP) to join our multidisciplinary team. The RNP will work closely with our licensed clinicians and mental health professionals to provide mental health services including mental health evaluations medication management and client education. The ideal candidate has a passion for mental health care strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments including mental health evaluations and physical health screenings.
  • Collaborate with psychologists therapists and other professionals to develop integrated treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and manage medications for clients with mental health conditions by state and federal regulations.
  • Provide client education on mental health diagnoses treatment plans and medication usage.
  • Monitor and document client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse Practitioner license in California.
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) preferred.
  • Proven experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based mental health practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
