Position: Senior C# Developer (C# & .NET)
Location: Hybrid - 2 days/week in Warsaw office
Rate: Up to 200 PLN/h B2B
Client: International banking sector
We are looking for an experienced Senior C# Developer to join a long-term project for a global banking client. You will work in an international collaborative environment where your expertise will help shape mission-critical financial systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain high-quality and low-latency C# services.
- Continuously optimize performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with quants and traders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile development processes.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Implement DevOps practices to ensure continuous integration and deployment as well as the operation of the infrastructure.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Required skills:
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with C#.
- Solid expertise in the .NET 6 runtime environment.
- Proven background in low-latency software development and performance optimization techniques.
- Practical experience working with Aeron and SBE for high-performance messaging.
- Familiarity with Docker and container-based architectures.
- Experience leveraging the AWS cloud ecosystem.
- Strong grasp of DevOps practices including automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous work in Agile teams.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (collaboration in an international team).
