Lautista scuolabus garantisce un trasporto sicuro puntuale e responsabile degli studenti da e verso la scuola e durante le attività extrascolastiche. È un ruolo centrale per assicurare la sicurezza degli alunni e instaurare un rapporto di fiducia con famiglie e comunità scolastica.

Responsabilità principali
- Effettuare i percorsi stabiliti garantendo puntualità e sicurezza.
- Rispettare le norme del codice della strada e i regolamenti interni della scuola.
- Assistere gli studenti nella salita e discesa dal mezzo con particolare attenzione ai più piccoli.
- Supervisionare il comportamento degli alunni a bordo mantenendo un clima sereno e rispettoso.
- Eseguire controlli quotidiani del veicolo e segnalare eventuali guasti o anomalie.
- Garantire lordine e la pulizia del mezzo.
- Collaborare con la scuola per esigenze di trasporto straordinario (uscite didattiche eventi).
Competenze e requisiti
- Patente di guida categoria D e CQC persone in corso di validità.
- Esperienza nella guida di autobus preferibilmente in ambito scolastico.
- Affidabilità puntualità e senso di responsabilità.
- Capacità di interazione positiva con studenti e famiglie.
- Conoscenza di base della manutenzione ordinaria del mezzo.
- Disponibilità e flessibilità oraria.

Role Purpose
The school bus driver ensures safe punctual and responsible transportation of students to and from school and during extracurricular activities. This role is essential to guarantee student safety and to build a relationship of trust with families and the school community.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned routes ensuring punctuality and safety.
- Comply with road traffic regulations and the schools internal policies.
- Assist students when boarding and disembarking with particular care for younger children.
- Supervise student behavior on board maintaining a calm and respectful environment.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any faults or irregularities.
- Ensure cleanliness and order inside the vehicle.
- Collaborate with the school for special transport needs (field trips events).
Skills and Requirements
- Valid category D driving license and CPC for passenger transport.
- Proven experience driving buses preferably in a school setting.
- Reliability punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to interact positively with students and families.
- Basic knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance.
- Availability and flexibility in working hours.
