Hi Im Yoav the VP of Artificial Intelligence at EnsoData! Im looking for an AI Engineer passionate about making healthcare better through use of the technology that powers EnsoDatas systems. As an AI Engineer youll design develop validate and deploy AI systems used in real-world clinical settings. Your work will fuel products trusted by clinicians by delivering safe effective and regulatory-compliant solutions. Youll also have the opportunity to push the boundaries of healthcare AI through cutting-edge research with pathways to publish in top peer-reviewed journals and present at leading conferences.
This is a role for ambitious engineers who thrive in a high-growth fast-paced environment want to see their work make a direct difference in patient care and are eager to help shape the future of healthcare AI.
This hybrid/remote position offers a flexible work environment competitive salary of $120000 - $150000 along with stock options and generous benefits including paid time off.
About EnsoData
EnsoData strives to make healthcare more accurate efficient and affordable through waveform artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Using AI and machine learning our software analyzes billions of data points collected from sensors placed throughout the human body. Our first solution EnsoSleep reduces the time clinicians spend analyzing scoring and managing sleep studies. This results in a simplified and accelerated patient testing diagnosis and treatment workflow. Our AI-powered technology has the capability of informing health decisions beyond sleep medicine from monitoring patient health in the ICU or through wearables to detecting and capturing seizure data to providing earlier detection of heart disease diabetes stroke and Alzheimers.

Requirements
Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on ML experience ideally in regulated or safety-critical domains.
- Deep expertise in machine learning deep learning and modern data science methods.
- Proficiency with physiological signals time series or sensor data.
- Strong coding skills in Python as well as proficiency with ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with medical data (imaging physiological EHR) a plus.
- Experience with addressing model interpretability bias and real-world deployment challenges.
- Familiarity with SaMD regulatory frameworks (FDA 510(k) MDSAP ISO 13485) a plus.
- Startup mindset: adaptable resourceful comfortable with autonomy and impact-driven.
Education and Experience
- . Computer Science Biomedical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field (Ph.D. a plus).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience with data engineering tools such as BigQuery Mongo Airflow Dagster.
- Published research or patents in healthcare AI and/or contributions to open source software
