Financial & Analytical
- Generate reports analyze data and extract actionable insights from the resident database.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends opportunities and areas for revenue improvement.
- Conduct rent analysis to evaluate rental rates market trends and occupancy levels to optimize pricing strategies.
- Evaluate competitor pricing and market trends to recommend adjustments to rental rates or service fees.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to occupancy leasing rental performance and financial metrics.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly analyses journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Perform ad hoc financial modeling variance analysis and reporting as required by leadership.
- Review invoices and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Perform general ledger account analyses investigate and resolve differences.
Resident Database & Systems
- Audit and maintain resident database ensuring accurate and complete information.
- Upload and audit resident information for newly acquired communities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the resident database with other systems or software as needed.
- Work with the IT team to enhance the resident database system for optimal performance and usability.
- Participate in system upgrades data migration and testing initiatives to ensure platform reliability.
- Provide training and support to staff members on resident database usage.
Resident & Operations Support
- Update print and mail notices to residents (e.g. rent increases legal and compliance notices).
- Work collaboratively with Accounting and Operations teams to resolve resident payment matters.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot requests from park sites and regional leadership.
Administrative & Communication Support
- Provide support for administrative tasks including reporting routine communication meeting agendas meeting prep and note taking and calendar management.
- Review and format documents to ensure consistency.
- Continuously review and improve processes identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and automation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in finance business analytics or related business field is required
Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar position
Strong understanding of business finance and analytics
Great interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Expert in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Strong MS Office skills including Outlook Excel and Word.
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Eligible to work in the United States.
