Job Description
Are you a Personal Trainer who dreams of a state of the art facility high end equipment and who wants to work along side an incredible team Our Physical Therapy and Performance Facility in Golden CO is exactly the place for you.
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our facility in Golden CO who is looking to push the envelope in their profession. This position will include instructing adult fitness classes small and large group training personal training and developing expert programming for our athletes. Team members at Evolution Physical Therapy enjoy a great work dynamic including room for professional development and growth. Our practice focuses not only on advanced ortho and sports rehab but also provide injury prevention performance training wellness fitness classes and recovery. The facility will be home to high level sports performance integration including all aspects of care. This includes a full suite of Recovery Equipment. You will also work closely with Physical Therapists to close the gap between injury prevention rehab and performance training.
We are Physical Therapy providers for the LAFC Academy LAFC MLS 2 NYCFC The LA Marathon Burton US Open Snowboarding and many other clubs and organizations across the United States. We are looking for team members who share a passion for movement and truly want to change the perception of Physical Therapy and disrupt the fitness industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain an active client base
- Manage and maintain an accurate schedule
- Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients through phone calls emails and in-person interactions
- Maintain knowledge of all company services programs and products
- Interact with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience
- Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients
- Maintain an organized and safe gym space
- Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions
- Attend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management
- Currently hold a nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a bachelors degree in the field
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Possess passion ambition drive and knowledge regarding fitness
- Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Energetic friendly punctual and respectful
Base Compensation: Your compensation will be appointment and class based. You will have the opportunity to work full time which would include the below benefits.
Benefits: Evolution Physical Therapy and Fitness offers a variety of benefits to full-time employees (30 hrs) including paid time off medical dental and vision insurance long-term disability select holidays and 401K plan after one year of employment. These benefits may be subject to waiting periods and may change at the sole discretion of the company.
