Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 27 Number of Staff 50 RN/25 Medics Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 charge 5 RN 2-3 medics; increase by 4-5 RN at 11am; increase by 1-2 RN at 3pmo Night Shift - 1 charge 5 RN 2-3 medicsPatient Ratios 4-6:1 Type of equipment - EMR - MeditechMust have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Must have completed 2-3 travel assignmentsMust have 2-3 years ER experiencePreferred or nice to have: High acuity ERs fast paced ERs with high volumeExperience with patient ratios of 5:1 List typical procedures performed on unit(s): RSI Sepsis interventions Stroke protocol with tPA administration central line placement care of the psych patient transfers to other facilities (EMTALA) Best personality Fit: Relaxed easy going friendly team oriented respectful. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS ACLS PALS; Preferred: TNCC ENPC NRP NIH
