Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations acting as a force multiplier for our driver team.
- Provide direct leadership and mentorship to 5-9 drivers fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and maintain a flawless safety record.
- Leverage your planning and logistics expertise to optimize routes and maximize efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service resolution embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
- Focus on efficiency and route optimization to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
- Maintain a CDL-B license and be ready to deploy on routes when additional support is needed.

- Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- CDL Class A or B (Required)
