The Mission: As our Operations Manager you will lead the daily mission of our roll-off dumpster service. This is a hands-on leadership role for a veteran with a proven record of leading teams and achieving mission objectives.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations acting as a force multiplier for our driver team.
Provide direct leadership and mentorship to 5-9 drivers fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and maintain a flawless safety record.
Leverage your planning and logistics expertise to optimize routes and maximize efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service resolution embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
Focus on efficiency and route optimization to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
Maintain a CDL-B license and be ready to deploy on routes when additional support is needed.

Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a former military leader (e.g. NCO) with experience in logistics operations or transportation. You are a natural problem-solver who can perform under pressure and lead from the front.

Qualifications

Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
CDL Class A or B (Required)
DOT Medical Card (Required)
Driver History Report (MVR Required)

Salary: $85000 per year Bonus

Compensation: $85000.00 per year
