Job Summary
The Role
- Manage all administration aspects of the claim and the department.
- Provide advice on a claim coverage and the processes involved and guide insured on how to proceed with the claim.
- Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
- Analyses claim circumstances made by insured to satisfy the policy terms and conditions
- Monitor the progress of a claim
- Get advice from external specialists such as loss adjusters and forensic accountants on complex cases
- Ensure fair settlement of a valid claim and effective follow up
- Ensure the client is treated fairly and receives excellent service in accordance with WTW reputation.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Experience in the insurance field - Insurer claims
- Bachelors degree-Law
- English language proficient
- Very Good Communication skills
