The Opportunity
Were seeking an In-Clinic or In-Home BCBA to lead a team of BTs and RBTs deliver evidence-based treatment and ensure quality care for a caseload of 1015 patients. This position has remote opportunities.
Qualifications :
Responsibilities:
- Manage treatment planning supervision and caregiver training.
- Coach and mentor BTs/RBTs through performance management and ongoing training.
- Develop individualized plans and behavior strategies; complete reauthorizations.
- Ensure high standards of care through data collection fidelity checks and note review.
- Uphold BACB standards and actively engage in MGAs professional culture.
Additional Information :
What Youll Bring
- Masters Degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
- Current BCBA Certification with BACB
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ASD population and 1 year in ABA
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong skills in early intervention assessments (e.g. ABLLS-R VB-MAPP) and reporting
