Summary
Responsible for providing direct patient care assessing patient conditions and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality compassionate nursing care. This role involves working in a dynamic environment managing a diverse patient caseload and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and best practices.

Essential Functions
-Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients including assessing planning implementing and evaluating individualized care plans.
-Monitor patient vital signs administer medications and perform procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
-Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations and history-taking to identify patient needs and conditions.
-Document patient observations interventions and responses accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts.
-Collaborate with physicians nurse practitioners and other staff.
Education
Associates Degree Nursing required or Bachelors Degree Nursing preferred

Experience
Experience in clinical nursing 1-2 years preferred
