Position Overview: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Davenport Iowa. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for electrical engineering and a desire to work in the aerospace aviation or defense industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining electrical systems ensuring they meet both company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain electrical systems for manufacturing processes.
Work with PLCs HMIs AC/DC drives & motors measuring devices and ethernet cameras.
Lead electrical projects from conception through to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
Utilize Rockwell programming software (RS Logix and Factory View) for system programming and troubleshooting.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to electrical systems and projects.
Occasionally travel to other sites or vendor locations as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of one internship co-op or applicable work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing experience.
1-3 years experience with PLCs HMIs AC/DC drives & motors measuring devices and ethernet cameras.
Proficiency with Rockwell programming software (RS Logix and Factory View).
3 or more years of experience leading electrical projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project programs.
Compensation: $85000.00 - $90000.00 per year
