Work Schedule:
40 hours per week Monday-Friday Hybrid-work eligible at least 3 days onsite. This role requires occasional night and weekend hours to support events philanthropy and representing MOPOP.

$130000 $155000
Position Summary
The Director Data Analytics & Applications is responsible for leading the strategy development and optimization of the organizations data and application ecosystem with Tessitura as the central platform for analytics reporting and guest experience insights. This role ensures data integrity accessibility and usability across systems empowering staff and leadership to make informed data-driven decisions. The Director will oversee the integration and management of enterprise applications foster a culture of data literacy and storytelling and partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver insights that drive mission impact and operational excellence.
