The Role
Were looking for a Professional Support Lawyer (6 years PQE) to strengthen our legal knowledge learning and business development this role youll combine research expertise with training and knowledge management to ensure our lawyers and staff are equipped with the resources and insights they need to deliver outstanding client service.
What Youll Do
- Provide legal research insights and updates to support practice groups.
- Prepare and edit legal articles submissions and thought leadership content.
- Develop and maintain precedents best practice documents and knowledge databases.
- Design and deliver engaging learning and development programmes through Tompkins Wake Academy.
- Support career development initiatives including internships and student programmes.
- Collaborate with partners and staff on knowledge sharing training and client development projects.
What Youll Bring
- A law degree and current practising certificate.
- Strong research skills and the ability to communicate legal insights clearly.
- Experience in private practice.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training and professional development programmes.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering innovation and best practice.
