We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedAssistant Quantity Surveyorto support the commercial delivery of a responsive maintenance contract within the social housing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working across a broad geographical patch with flexibility to work between office and site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the commercial management of responsive maintenance works across social housing properties.
- Support cost control valuations and subcontractor payments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records reports and forecasts.
- Liaise with site teams clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Contribute to the preparation of tenders and contract documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a social housing or maintenance environment preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Willingness to travel across the patch (Redditch to Milton Keynes).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
