Assistant Surveyor

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedAssistant Quantity Surveyorto support the commercial delivery of a responsive maintenance contract within the social housing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working across a broad geographical patch with flexibility to work between office and site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the commercial management of responsive maintenance works across social housing properties.
• Support cost control valuations and subcontractor payments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records reports and forecasts.
• Liaise with site teams clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Contribute to the preparation of tenders and contract documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a social housing or maintenance environment preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the patch (Redditch to Milton Keynes).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
