Position: General Laborer
Location: Charlotte NC
Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

About the Role:

As a General Laborer youll primarily work outdoors facing varied and sometimes challenging conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation and Repair: Assisting with the installation and/or repair of water sewer and stormwater piping.
• Equipment Handling: Loading and unloading tools and equipment onto and from trucks as directed.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhering to traffic laws safety practices and occupational hazard guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drivers License: A valid US Drivers License is required.
• Work Schedule: Follow a firm work schedule as directed by the crew foreman.
• Teamwork: Build effective working relationships with team members supervisors and the public.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to carry and lift 70 pounds repeatedly during shifts.
• Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is essential.
