Account Coordinator/Manager

At RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy were seeking a driven and proactive Account Coordinator or Manager (depending on experience) to help us take bold ideas from strategy to execution.

What Youll Do

  • Partner with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust credibility and measurable results.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals presentations and performance reports that inspire confidence and action.
  • Collaborate with research and strategy teams to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign metrics problem-solve quickly and adapt strategies to maximize performance.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within client accounts driving both client success and agency growth.
  • Lead with accountability and extreme ownership ensuring commitments are delivered on time no surprises.

What You Bring

  • 24 years of account or project management experience (B2B or marketing preferred).
  • Strong project management skills (experience with WRIKE a plus).
  • Familiarity with marketing channels such as SEO PPC and social advertising.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A relentless drive for results and a team-win before self-win mindset.
