Our Opportunity
Chewy is looking for a Fulfillment Center (FC) Lead to join our team in Reno Nevada!

Were looking for someone passionate about coaching developing others and driving excellence in everything they do.
What Youll Do
Partner with Area Managers to support a team of up to 90 hourly Team Members and drive performance and engagement.
Champion a safe clean and organized workspace for all Team Members.
Drive achievement of daily and weekly operational goals.
Mentor coach and support team member development and career growth.
Model Chewys values and operating principles promoting integrity and collaboration.
Act as a liaison hourly associates and leadership to ensure two-way communication and clarity.
Adapt and lead in a fast-moving ever-changing e-commerce environment.
Share and implement best practices across the fulfillment network.
Encourage open feedback build a supportive culture and prioritize the customer experience.
Leverage tools like WMS CLMS Tableau and Smartsheet to support team performance.
What Youll Need
- Internal candidates: At least 3 months of demonstrated informal leadership (e.g. peer mentoring training or leading projects).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
A strong focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
A passion for customer service and operational excellence.
High integrity and a commitment to doing whats right.
Flexibility to work night shifts and/or weekends as needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word Outlook).

The specific hourly range offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant experience education and work addition this position is eligible for 401k.

Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
Hourly Range
$23.25 - $27.25 USD
