Current opening is for a permanent full-time position working 4 or 5 days at approximately thirty-two (32) toforty (40) hours per week. We are a non-corporate primarily fee for service practice focused intently on providing exceptional patient care through a great patient experience. We provide a wide range of dental services including preventative perio. pediatric cosmetic restorative endo. ortho. implants and reconstructive dentistry. Our 10000 sq. ft. facility consists of sixteen (16)operatories and is ergonomically designed for comfort and maximum efficiency. You will not find a nicer more patient-centric facility to care for patients.
This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with patients and teammates. It also requires excellent time management and organizational skills.This position will be required to uphold our standards aroundpatient experience andcustomer service. Applicant must have a strong work ethic as well as an outgoing personality and positive attitude. Working interview required.Work experience in a dental office preferred. Dental Assistants looking to make a transition to front desk are also welcome to apply for this position.Dentrix software experience preferred.This position will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
- answerphones
- answer patient questions
- confirmappointments
- verify dental insurance benefits
- establish and maintainrelationships with all patients
- schedulepatient appointments
- proactively workto fillhygiene and operative appointment openings
- check-in patients when they arrive
- review treatment plans and financing options with patients
- check-out patients when appointments are complete
- process payments forpatients
- performother front deskfunctions
