Were looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to focus on advancing robotic perception and decision-making. This is a hands-on role: youll research implement and test state-of-the-art ML algorithms ensuring they work not just in simulation but also in demanding real-world industrial environments. You will also help on productizing our ML-based solutions
What youll be doing:
- Develop and implement state of the art Machine Learning algorithms to enable robots to perceive the environment and make autonomous decisions.
- Train and optimize models using both simulated and real-world datasets.
- Apply reinforcement learning transformer models and other deep learning techniques to real robotic systems.
- Rigorously test and refine algorithms to meet industrial performance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with an exceptional team of robotic & software engineers.
- Learn and stay up to date on the latest developments in ML and robotics.
- Work closely with our backend team to make sure that our ML-based solutions can serve our customers seamlessly.
Must have:
- Bsc or Msc in Computer Science or a relevant field such as Engineering or Robotics.
- Strong knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and modern ML architectures (Transformers CNNs etc.).
- Ability to prototype algorithms and train deep neural networks in Python.
Bonus to have:
- Background in robotics.
- Knowledge of C.
- Knowledge of Docker.
- Knowledge of ROS2
- Cloud concepts (Pub/Sub Queues Cloud Functions etc.)
- MySQL/NoSQL database operations
