We have a fantastic opportunity to join a driven and passionate architectural practice that focuses on innovation precision and sustainable architecture. They work on a variety of workspaces including mixed-use and one-off Residential projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
- Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects ensuring alignment with client needs aesthetic goals and functional requirements.
- Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion including site visits managing timelines and ensuring projects stay within budget.
- Work closely with internal teams including designers engineers and project managers to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
- Present design concepts provide updates and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.
- Advanced design tools and software (AutoCAD) to create detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
- Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable building practices into designs ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.
Qualifications for this Architect role:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
- Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).
- 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes.
