Operations Finance Co-Op - Spring 2026

THE ROLE
Our site in Billerica MA is seeking a/an Operations Finance Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

The Operations Finance Co-Op will provide financial support for our Global Operations Supply Chain and Quality (GOSCQ) organization. This position will help the organization to drive cost savings while assessing risk and ensuring adequate supply.

What Youll Do

• Supports the quarterly forecast processes
• Assists in preparing and inputting budgets and forecasts
• Compares financial projections to plan and recommend strategy changes as appropriate
• Provides analysis related to cost and gross margin

What We Seek

• Experience in a Financial Analyst or Accounting role is a plus
• Knowledgeable about US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic global environment
• Proactive future-looking positive attitude
• Proficient to advanced in Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in accounting or finance
• Graduation date of Spring 2026 or later

Eligibility

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
• Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program

Compensation: $25-$30/per hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
