Job Summary

As a Model Home Host you will play a key role in providing a positive experience for visitors and ensuring that our model homes are well-maintained. Your role will include greeting guests managing communications and handling various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phones and take detailed messages directing inquiries to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Present yourself in a professional manner both in behavior and dress reflecting the high standards of theNew Home Builder.
- Direct guests to complete comment cards and gather valuable feedback.
- Take notes on guest feedback and relay this information to the sales team to help improve their services.
- Ensure that the model home is opened and closed on time maintaining a secure and orderly environment.
