Job Description

Arlo Europe part of Verisure is seeking a talented innovative passionate CRM Senior Copywriter to be based in Stockholm Sweden. The role will be part of the Portfolio team and will directly report into The Head of CRM based in France and will work closely with the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities

  • Craft clear compelling and conversion-oriented copy for CRM campaigns (email SMS push in-app etc.)
  • Collaborate with CRM managers campaign strategists designers and data analysts to tailor messages based on audience segments and behavioral triggers
  • Develop content calendars aligned with lifecycle marketing and promotional strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines messaging and tone; analyze performance data and optimize based on insights
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all CRM touchpoints adapting tone to fit segment channel and campaign goals
  • Mentor and provide creative feedback to junior copywriters fostering best practices and collaboration
  • Conduct research on customer preferences industry trends and competitor strategies to inform and refine messaging approach
  • Ensure all copy meets quality benchmarksaccuracy clarity consistency and regulatory compliance (where applicable)

Location

Permanent hire based in London or Stockholm (Hybrid).

Candidate profile

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications English Journalism or related field
  • 5 years of experience in copywritingpreferably within CRM retention or lifecycle marketing roles

Competencies:

  • Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills; meticulous attention to tone and detail
  • Ability to craft compelling original and persuasive copy for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Skilled at defining maintaining and evolving a consistent brand tone and style.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; experience working cross-functionally
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
