Key Requirements
- 10 years of executive-level leadership experience as CEO GM or Managing Director in an international business environment.
- Proven track record of launching new markets or operations ideally within the GCC or MENA region.
- Experience in working with public authorities certification bodies and logistics service providers in KSA is a strong advantage.
- Strategic mindset with strong operational and financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Fluent English required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the local business strategy aligned with OMNICs global mission.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with public institutions private sector players and logistics providers.
- Lead the successful expansion of Llamabox and other core services in the Saudi market.
- Set up and oversee all local operations including logistics last-mile delivery installation and support services.
- Ensure SLA compliance performance against KPIs and adherence to service excellence standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between finance commercial operations and IT teams.
- Own local P&L responsibility budgeting cost control and investment planning.
- Build transparent financial reporting processes aligned with global standards.
- Drive efficiency and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Recruit manage and develop a high-performing local leadership team.
- Foster a strong company culture based on OMNIC values.
- Ensure employee engagement and operational productivity.
