Role: Software Engineering Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer
Location: Indore Pune Hyderabad Noida
Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Software Engineering Lead who can drive end-to-end solution development transforming product requirements into scalable high-quality applications. You ll be responsible for guiding teams building prototypes ensuring timely delivery and staying ahead of technology trends to create impactful solutions.
Skills:

- Technical: Java Spring Boot REST Angular AWS SQL HTML/CSS/JavaScript Microservices
Minimum Qualification
- in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Java and full stack development.
- Prior experience in leading/managing engineering teams (5 7 years preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality scalable software solutions.
- Translate business and product requirements into conceptual logical and technical designs.
- Ensure best practices in coding testing automation and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to prioritize and deliver sprint goals.
- Actively contribute to development using Spring Boot REST APIs Angular and AWS cloud platforms.
- Architect and develop both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end applications with seamless integration.
- Ensure application responsiveness performance optimization and scalability.
- Guide and mentor associates foster collaboration and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC within an Agile framework.
- Support deployment testing and maintenance of applications across environments.
Technical Expertise
Required:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java Spring Boot RESTful APIs Microservices.
- Frontend experience in Angular JavaScript TypeScript HTML CSS jQuery Bootstrap/Material UI.
- Solid understanding of SQL XML JDBC JSON and distributed system architectures.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles responsive/adaptive design.
- Proficiency in development tools (IDEs build frameworks Git Jira ALM tools).
- Knowledge of design patterns data structures problem-solving and algorithms.
- Strong verbal/written communication project management and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of Unix/Shell scripting.
Desired:
- Experience in Energy & Utilities domain.
- AWS cloud-native application development.
- PMP or Agile certifications.
