At the Prince de Galles a jewel of Art Deco elegance on Avenue George V we invite guests to discover Paris through a lens of timeless refinement. As Director of Food & Beverage you will orchestrate the hotels culinary narrativeleading Akira Back Bar 1929 in-room dining and bespoke events with precision creativity and grace.

- Champion Guest Satisfaction: Ensure every interaction is intuitive personal and memorablefrom a quiet breakfast to a grand celebration.
- Proven leadership in luxury food & beverage operations ideally within iconic or heritage properties.
- Strong commercial acumen and a refined understanding of guest expectations in a luxury environment.
- A natural mentor with a collaborative spirit and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
