The Water Services Worker 11 is responsible for conducting investigations based on customer complaints and taking appropriate corrective action.

Required Skills & Qualifications
| Required Experience: |
| Five (5) years of progressive experience and expected to have a thorough knowledge of all sections and functions of the Department or |
| Five (5) years of demonstrated experience involving working in the installation and/or maintenance of water services and cross-connection devices. |
| Minimum Education Requirements: |
| High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate |
| Required Skills: |
| Knowledge of the citys main system. Expected to have full knowledge of all Water Services sections and functions |
| Skill in reading and understanding various pressure and defuser gauges used for measuring water pressure. Ability to read and interpret pertinent water sewer and construction plats maps and drawings. |
| Excellent communication skills. |
| Required Licenses & Certifications: |
| Must possess and maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Operating License and a D.C. Water Vehicle Endorsement. |

| Must be able to lift 50 pounds. |
