Job Summary

How Hiring - Accounting Assistant (part-time; averaging 20-25 hours per workweek).

Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange (GRACE) has an opening for an Accounting Assistant at our Grapevine TX administration office. Note: This is an in-person position.

Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange (GRACE) is a Grapevine Texas based nonprofit relief agency dedicated to providing essential services such as food clothing and financial assistance to those in need. Our mission is rooted in fostering self-sufficiency and community support through collaboration with local churches municipalities and civic organizations.

Ideal Candidates:

Associates degree; 1-2 years experience.
Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel Word Outlook)
Working knowledge of nonprofit accounting software (i.e. SAGE MIP Fund)

What youll do:

Prepare daily bank deposits.
Manage accounts receivable.
Record revenue and monthly resale sales.
Handle grant invoicing.
Audit and verify daily paperwork for resale locations.

NOTE: This is a summary of the duties and not a full list. Individual job descriptions will be provided upon hire as well as discussed during the interview process.

What well offer:

Schedule: 3 days per week Wednesdays being required. Hours can be discussed.
Pay: Starting at $18/hour; paid semi-monthly.
Company Paid Holidays - If they fall on a normal working day.

Position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
