We are looking for a System analyst for an ambitious fintech company based in Riyadh that is building a peertopeer (P2P) lending platform designed to bridge a critical gap in the financial services market. The platform targets the underbanked population by providing fair transparent access to microloans and investment opportunities for retail investors.

This is a rare opportunity to join a missiondriven project from the ground up and help shape a platform that promotes financial inclusion technological innovation and impactdriven investing.

As a Systems Analyst you will play a vital role in bridging business needs and technical implementation across the platforms lifecycle:

Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document comprehensive business requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear structured and actionable technical specifications for the development team.
Support and contribute to System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business expectations and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) offering ongoing clarification and support.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including system specifications process flows and functional requirements.
Analyze existing systems to understand limitations integration points and inform future solution design.

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in a business or system analyst role preferably in fintech or banking.
Proficiency in BPMN and UML for business process and system modeling.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and the SDLC.
Handson experience working with RESTful and SOAP APIs for system integration.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with an ability to understand and communicate complex system interdependencies.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Fluency in Arabic is required as the role involves frequent communication with local stakeholders partners and regulatory bodies.
Familiarity with Saudi Arabian payment systems and fintech regulations will be considered a strong advantage.
