Labor & Employment Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a Nationally Ranked Real Estate Law the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers over 60 attorneys received recognition across various practice areas. Were looking for an Associate Attorney with 24 years of recent experience in Employment or other Complex Commercial Litigation.
DUTIES:
- Handle employment and complex commercial litigation including wage and hour discrimination and class action matters.
- Draft pleadings discovery and substantive motions
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Represent clients in state and federal court and arbitration.
- Collaborate with partners on case strategy and trial preparation.
- Provide employment advisory and compliance counseling as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a broad range of employment or other complex commercial litigation including single and/or multi-plaintiff litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration working on wage and hour discrimination and other class action lawsuits.
- Outstanding academic credentials sharp analytical abilities and excellent communication skills; prior direct client-facing experience is highly valued.
- Experience with employment advisory matters is preferred
- Admitted to the State Bar of California
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Compensation: $200000 - $250000
