Job Summary

We are seeking a precise responsible detail-oriented individual with problem solving skills to join our team as a Global Mobility Operations Trainee for a project that runs between October to December.
This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills excellent analytical abilities and a logical mindset who is eager to learn and contribute to our global mobility team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Support the team in submitting A1 certificate declarations for foreign countries via the respective official platforms
- Consolidtaion of Excel-based information
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Update and possibly improve existing reports to support decision-making
Requirements
- Ongoing university studies in Hungary - Minimum 1 more year with student status
- Advanced Excel and good computer skills
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
- Easily adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Precision and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
- Strong written and spoken English is a must
- Proactivity
