Job Title: Band 5 Nurse - Orkney
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team for a BLOCK BOOKING in Orkney. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients monitoring their condition administering medications and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a passion for patient care and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications treatments monitoring vital signs.
- Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with doctors healthcare professionals and families to ensure patient well-being.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) for the UK.
- 12 months recent paid experience completed at ward level within an NHS hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable but not essential:
- HDU Experience
