Our mission is: Prosperity through Property. We are looking for a motivated M&A intern to support our M&A Team with hands-on work from NDA over SPA to post closing.

Your responsibilities

Support the M&A Team with drafting of all transactional documents (in German)
Support due diligence: organize VDR review documents make sure timelines are met and stakeholders deliver
Support communication with external law firms and internal stakeholders
Provide general administrative and organizational support for day-to-day legal operations

Your profile

Legal or finance background
First transactional experiences
Genuine interest in tech
Fluent in German and English
Precise structured and independent working style
Team-oriented reliable and eager to learn
