As we prepare for our planned expansion into Costa Rica we are building a strong foundation for future growth. This role based in San Jos and hired through our Employer of Record partner is part of the preparatory phase supporting this exciting next chapter.
About the role
We are seeking a Legal Manager to join our Costa Rica team. This role will focus on contract management and execution ensuring agreements are drafted negotiated signed and tracked efficiently. You will also support compliance with Costa Ricas free trade zone requirements and assist with HR-related matters in Costa Rica and the U.S.
This is a new and exciting hands-on operational role where you will own the end-to-end contract lifecycle and act as a bridge between our Costa Rica office U.S. operations and the global Legal & Compliance team based in Barcelona Spain. Arbolus serves clients globally.
