Job Description Content Data Quality Analyst
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 2 8 years
The Content Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of IT Asset Management (ITAM) content data delivered to customers. This role involves validating large volumes of data identifying inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The analyst will also collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve data processes and provide high-quality software and hardware content libraries.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in various content data quality assurance activities of varying complexity.

Interpret licensing terms and conditions to validate content data entities.

Ensure the quality of ITAM content libraries covering software and hardware entities such as publishers products SKUs license metrics downgrade/upgrade rights normalization rules hardware models etc.

Manage and validate IT Product SKUs and catalogues.

Create and update ITAM content-related process documentation.

Review curated content as part of internal QA checks.

Regularly verify high volumes of ITAM content data to meet customer and organizational goals.

Transform network discovery data into actionable information for license management.

Provide solutions to customer issues by collaborating with stakeholders.

Share knowledge with the team to improve efficiency and quality.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2 8 years in corporate environments with strong exposure to manual software/data testing OR ITAM domain expertise.

Strong manual testing/data testing skills and familiarity with quality release concepts.

Bachelors or Masters degree in any stream with a strong academic record.

Ability to manage and process large data volumes efficiently.

Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Eye for detail with strong problem-solving and innovative thinking.

Knowledge of software suites bundled products hardware manufacturers/models.

Working knowledge of ITAM tools (ServiceNow FlexNet SCCM MAP ILMT) is a plus.

Understanding of publisher licensing agreements (Microsoft EA Adobe TLP/CLP etc.) is a plus.
