Description:
| Experience and understanding of software quality assurance QA Testing and Defect Lifecycle. | |
| Experience assisting in reviewing evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications. | |
| Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. | |
| Experience maintaining traceability of test cases to requirements. | |
| Experience preparing or supporting the preparation of test plans and test cases. | |
| Experience preparing test data executing tests and verifying results and logging issues. | |
| Experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan status reporting and managing assigned tasks. | |
| Experience working as a Test Coordinator/Test Lead in an enterprise level application development environment | |
| Experience working on concurrent projects (concurrent projects must be described). | |
| Experience writing test cases from use cases non-functional requirements and design documents. | |
| Experience in identifying testing issues and implementing improved processes and resolutions. | |
| Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity | |
| Experience with Agile methodology. | |
| Experience with ServiceNow platform | |
| Experience with smoke testing unit testing system testing integration testing regression testing and user acceptance testing. | |
| Experience working with business & AMS representatives to analyze issues reported by (or in) production. | |
