Summary:

• Supports development and implementation of systems engineering processes and tools for current and future programs providing a technical foundation for digital sustainment and decision support.

• Focuses on operations and support across the product lifecycle including model-based sustainment simulations for customer trade studies.

• Employs agile methodologies and engages frequently with cross-functional teams.

• Develop document and verify customer requirements and stakeholder scenarios

• Assess operational availability mission effectiveness and lifecycle costs to create trade study requests

• Support selection configuration and implementation of analysis models aligned with stakeholder requirements

• Evaluate sustainment strategies to improve fleet performance integrating supply chain logistics mission operations and cost models

• Present trade-study analysis results to customers using analysis dashboards in the Virtual Sustainment Center (VSC)

• Modify simulation models and trade study definitions to address diverse scenarios

• Support model optimization release testing and capability enhancements

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and system lifecycle plans

• Document team plans develop agendas and prepare presentations

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering Engineering Technology Chemistry Physics Mathematics Data Science or Computer Science

• Experience in operations and logistics modeling

• Simulation analysis experience (discrete event simulations and trade study models)

• 1 years in systems engineering (requirements definition allocation verification architecture/trade design)

• 1 years experience building stakeholder and customer relationships

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

• Agile development experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

• Logistics support and modeling/simulation analysis (AFSIM supply chain)

• Software development integration/test data science and simulation animation
